{"id":1513,"date":"2023-03-28T12:10:40","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T18:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hyundaicr.com\/blog\/?p=1513"},"modified":"2023-03-28T12:15:05","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T18:15:05","slug":"acr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hyundaicr.com\/blog\/acr\/","title":{"rendered":"Hyundai Motor Group muestra robot de carga  para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hyundai Motor Group (el Grupo) ha desarrollado un robot de carga autom\u00e1tica (ACR) para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos (VE), y hoy ha publicado un v\u00eddeo en el que muestra sus capacidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Newly Developed Automatic Charging Robot (ACR) For Electric Vehicles l Hyundai Motor Group\" width=\"580\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wjKbx0LFwow?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El ACR para VE es un robot de un brazo capaz de enchufar un cable al puerto de carga de un VE y volver a sacarlo una vez terminada la carga. El nuevo v\u00eddeo del robot real en acci\u00f3n es la continuaci\u00f3n de una versi\u00f3n CGI publicada por el Grupo en julio del a\u00f1o pasado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lGAPtgvUia8\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo v\u00eddeo comienza con una escena en la que el Hyundai IONIQ 6 aparca de forma aut\u00f3noma en una bah\u00eda de recarga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Una vez que el veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 parado, el ACR se comunica con \u00e9l para abrir el puerto de carga, calculando la ubicaci\u00f3n y el \u00e1ngulo exactos a trav\u00e9s de una c\u00e1mara montada en el interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, el robot coge el cargador y lo fija al puerto de carga del veh\u00edculo, iniciando as\u00ed la sesi\u00f3n de carga. Una vez finalizada la carga, el robot retira el cargador, lo devuelve al lugar que le corresponde y cierra la tapa del puerto de carga del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEl ACR contribuir\u00e1 a que la recarga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y c\u00f3moda, especialmente en entornos oscuros. Tambi\u00e9n mejorar\u00e1 la accesibilidad, sobre todo para las personas con problemas de movilidad, ya que los cables de carga son cada vez m\u00e1s gruesos y pesados para permitir la carga a alta velocidad\u00bb, afirma Dong Jin Hyun, Director del Laboratorio de Rob\u00f3tica de Hyundai Motor Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00abSeguiremos desarrollando el ACR para aumentar la seguridad y la comodidad, de modo que todos los clientes de VE puedan beneficiarse pronto de su uso en las estaciones de carga\u00bb<\/p><cite>Dong Jin Hyun, Director del Laboratorio de Rob\u00f3tica de Hyundai Motor Group.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El ACR, que puede parecer aparentemente sencillo a primera vista, es un ejemplo de la avanzada tecnolog\u00eda rob\u00f3tica del Grupo. El Laboratorio de Rob\u00f3tica del Grupo ha tenido en cuenta diversas variables al desarrollar el ACR, como el lugar de estacionamiento del veh\u00edculo, la forma del puerto de carga, el clima, los posibles obst\u00e1culos y el peso del cable de carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que un robot fije un cargador al puerto de carga de forma segura, se necesita una tecnolog\u00eda de software que pueda calcular simult\u00e1neamente estas m\u00faltiples variables. Para ello, el Grupo ha desarrollado un algoritmo que aplica a los robots la tecnolog\u00eda de IA basada en c\u00e1maras 3D, y la tecnolog\u00eda de control de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n basada en esta aplicaci\u00f3n permite a los robots manipular con precisi\u00f3n cargadores pesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que la mayor\u00eda de los cargadores de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos se instalan en el exterior sin cobertura, los ingenieros del Grupo construyeron una estaci\u00f3n de carga de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos a medida para exteriores en su centro de I+D y evaluaron su rendimiento en diversas condiciones. Como resultado, el ACR ha obtenido el grado de impermeabilidad y resistencia al polvo IP65[*], y su rendimiento se ha mejorado considerablemente para que pueda funcionar de forma estable incluso en entornos extremos. IP significa \u00abIngress Protection\u00bb, mientras que los dos d\u00edgitos siguientes se clasifican en funci\u00f3n de la capacidad del producto para proteger contra s\u00f3lidos (0 &#8211; 6) y l\u00edquidos (0 &#8211; 9).
